Corporate Partnership Program

The GLSC offers local businesses and individuals several opportunities to become affiliated with the organization and support all of its efforts.

Event Host

As a Corporate Partner your company will be listed as an official sponsor of GLSC annual events, i.e. the Living Legends Auction at Louisville Slugger Museum, and the GLSC Annual “Business of Sports Community Event” with Mayor Jerry Abramsom.

Promotional Materials

Corporate logo displayed on all promotional and marketing materials distributed by the GLSC promoting the Louisville area as a international destination. The materials will be displayed at sports industry trade shows, conventions, events hosted by the GLSC and distributed to sports governing bodies, rights holders, international, national and local media outlets, state and city government officials/agencies, national/local corporate sponsors and the general public.

Logo identification in all tournament related collateral, including ticket brochures, press kits, newsletters, etc.

Marketing

As an official corporate partner of the GLSC, your company will have an opportunity and the first right of refusal to participate as a sponsor of major international and national events brought to Louisville.

Sponsorships will be negotiated directly with the event rights holders/producers. Special first right of refusal will be given to GLSC corporate partners. The GLSC can match the right event to meet the needs of the sponsor.

Partners will have assistance of the GLSC marketing staff in creation, development and implementation of sports events which are designed to meet the sponsor’s marketing goals. This would include concept development, event planning, permit acquisition, venue selection and proposal development.

Media Exposure

Company recognition at all GLSC press conferences and events covered by local TV, radio and print media.

Advertising

Logo identification in all print and online advertising.

Hospitality/Corporate Entertainment

The GLSC will provide 10 VIP passes to all events hosted by the commission, including signage in corporate tent/suite including food and beverage. Additional general admission tickets will be offered on an individual event basis with the approval of the rights holder.

Volunteers

Opportunity for company employees to participate as volunteers and represent company at GLSC events.

Sponsorships will be negotiated directly with the event rights holders/producers. First right of refusal will be given to GLSC corporate friends.

Company recognition at all GLSC press conferences and events covered by local TV, radio and print media. Corporate mention in all GLSC related collateral including press releases, newsletters, etc.

Hospitality/Corporate Entertainment

The Greater Louisville Sports Commission is a 501(c)(3) business organization. Contributions or gifts to the Greater Louisville Sports Commission are tax deductible as charitable contributions.
