Jugan Named Executive Director of United States Water Ski Federation

LOUISVILLE, KY -- Andy Jugan, Executive Director of the Greater Louisville Sports Commission, accepted a similar position with the United States Water Ski Federation in Polk City, Fla. USA Water Ski is the official national governing body of the U.S. Olympic Committee for the sport of water skiing and its nine sub-disciplines.

Jugan, a native of Hoboken, New Jersey, was the first Executive Director of the Louisville Sports Commission, beginning in 2000.

"This offer represents a tremendous opportunity for professional advancement that is in line with my ultimate goal of ending my professional career working for the United States Olympic Committee or one of its governing bodies," Jugan said. "I feel that I am leaving the city with a strong and vibrant Sports Commission that is nationally known and respected. I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Louisville and will visit frequently."
